Corrections
Include the XrdaGrid page URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate or outdated, a supporting primary source when available, and the date you checked it.
Privacy requests
Use the subject line Privacy Request and describe the request clearly. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment information, or other sensitive information unless we specifically confirm that it is necessary and provide an appropriate method.
Partnership inquiries
Providers may send official service scope, pricing sources, geographic coverage, limitations, and partner terms. Submitting information does not guarantee inclusion, favorable coverage, or a particular ranking.
Response and security
We review messages in good faith but do not guarantee a specific response time. Ordinary email is not a secure channel for sensitive information.
A separate subscription form may be added for the SDS Rejection Checklist. Subscription email is handled separately from correction, privacy, and partnership messages.
