Who operates XrdaGrid
XrdaGrid is operated by Vital Operations LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hello@xrdagrid.com.
Information we collect
Depending on the features that are active, we may process:
- technical request and security information recorded by hosting, caching, and security systems, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested URLs;
- information included in emails sent to hello@xrdagrid.com;
- when the SDS Rejection Checklist form is enabled, the email address submitted, the consent and confirmation record, subscription status, delivery events needed to send the requested resource, and unsubscribe information;
- referral and conversion information supplied by an affiliate platform or provider after a visitor follows a commercial link.
The current checklist form requests only an email address. It uses double opt-in through Brevo. We do not currently use Google Analytics 4, embedded YouTube players, Web Push, SMS, or Brevo Marketing Automation.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the site;
- respond to corrections, privacy requests, and partnership inquiries;
- confirm a subscription, deliver the SDS Rejection Checklist, and send occasional practical SDS guidance when the subscriber has consented;
- maintain unsubscribe and suppression records;
- measure referral performance and administer affiliate relationships;
- comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, optional marketing email is sent on the basis of consent. Operational, security, and recordkeeping processing may be based on legitimate interests or legal obligations, as applicable.
Cookies and similar technologies
The pre-launch site may use technologies necessary for WordPress operation, hosting, caching, security, and form functionality. We do not currently use Google Analytics 4 or embedded video players.
Before enabling a non-essential analytics, advertising, or media technology, we will update this policy and use a consent mechanism where required. A final cookie inventory must be completed before the site is opened for indexing.
Service providers
Service providers may process information on our behalf, including:
- Hostinger for hosting, domain, email, and related infrastructure;
- WordPress themes and plugins used to operate and secure the site;
- Brevo for subscription forms, double opt-in, list management, email delivery, and unsubscribe processing;
- affiliate platforms and providers when a visitor uses a commercial referral link.
These providers operate under their own terms and privacy documentation. They may process information in countries other than the visitor’s country.
Retention
Subscription information is retained while the subscription remains active. After an unsubscribe or deletion request, limited suppression or compliance records may be retained when reasonably necessary to honor the request and meet legal obligations.
Messages, security logs, and operational records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for their stated purpose, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Provider-side retention may also depend on configured service settings. More specific retention periods will be documented as the production configuration is finalized.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, to a provider or affiliate platform involved in a referral, when required by law, or when necessary to protect rights, security, and site operation.
Privacy rights
Rights depend on the visitor’s location and applicable law. They may include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or portability. Send requests to hello@xrdagrid.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. Every subscription email will provide an unsubscribe method.
Children
XrdaGrid is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
External links
Third-party websites, marketplaces, and providers control their own privacy practices. Review their current policies before submitting information or purchasing a service.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. This pre-launch policy will be reviewed again before the site is opened for indexing or additional tracking technology is enabled.
