Prices for compliance services can depend on product complexity, jurisdiction, document count, turnaround time, subscription tier, and the information supplied by the customer. Government fees may be separate from provider fees. This page explains how XrdaGrid reports them.
Accepted price sources
- An official government or regulator fee schedule
- A provider’s public pricing page, checkout flow, or order form
- An official price sheet or a written quotation actually obtained
- Official documentation describing a subscription or fee structure
Third-party summaries, search snippets, social posts, and forum posts are not used as the sole source for a current price.
How prices are presented
- The currency and billing period are stated.
- Government fees are separated from provider or attorney fees when the source allows.
- One-time, recurring, per-product, per-document, and per-jurisdiction charges are distinguished.
- Starting prices are identified as starting prices.
- Quote-based services are labeled as quote required rather than assigned an invented estimate.
- Setup fees, renewals, add-ons, taxes, and material exclusions are noted when confirmed.
- The verification date appears near mutable pricing information.
What verification does not mean
A published price is not necessarily a complete project total, a real-time quote, or an independently negotiated offer. We do not claim to have obtained a written quotation unless we actually did. A provider may change a price or determine that a different scope applies after reviewing the customer’s product and documents.
Promotions and affiliate rates
Temporary promotions are labeled and dated. Any commission paid to XrdaGrid is tracked separately from the customer price and does not change the evaluation criteria. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
When the source price controls
The current government fee schedule, provider checkout page, order form, or written quotation controls the actual transaction. XrdaGrid pages are informational and may not reflect a change made after the stated review date.
Report an outdated price
Use the Contact page and include the XrdaGrid URL, the official source, the price or term that changed, and the date observed. Our broader research process is described in the Methodology.
